Acceptance of an Order
Zerro automatically sends a transaction confirmation to validate that your order has indeed been sent to the company. However, this is not a confirmation of a commitment to sell the mentioned products. Zerro reserves the right, without further notice, to refuse to do business with a customer and/or to set a quantity limit for any item in an order. At any time, it may be necessary for Zerro to verify personal information or credit card details before accepting any order. This is to prevent fraud and the use of hacking software.
Out-of-Stock Products
Zerro uses automated software to manage stock quantities. If a product offered on the zerro.ca website is out of stock between the time of your online order and the software indicating an out-of-stock status, Zerro reserves the right to cancel the transaction, while informing the customer of the situation. An agreement can then be reached between the customer and Zerro for a postponement of the order.
Subscription
When purchasing a subscription on the Zerro website, you will create an account. From this account, it will be possible to modify the delivery frequency of your subscription or terminate the subscription at any time, with no charges. You must cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the renewal date. After the renewal of your subscription, no refund of the order will be possible.
Product Description
Zerro is the sole manager of the zerro.ca website and is committed to providing all necessary information about the products for sale on its website. However, the customer must accept that errors may occur. We encourage customers to notify Zerro of any information deemed questionable on the zerro.ca website.
Prices
The prices of our products are in Canadian dollars, and applicable taxes are added during the order. The customer's payment must be made in Canadian dollars. Products are always invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order registration.
Limitation of Liability
Any order made through the zerro.ca website is made under a shipping contract. This means that the risks related to loss and breakage during shipping to the customer are the customer's responsibility. An agreement can be reached between Zerro and the dissatisfied customer through customer service. However, Zerro does not commit to reaching an agreement. Zerro is not responsible for costs incurred following the receipt of a damaged or defective item.
Warranty
One year warranty on new products, kept in their original and sealed packaging. The warranty begins when the product is shipped by Zerro and ends one year later. Any warranty will be void if the product is opened or already used.
Return
As it is a personal hygiene product, no returns are accepted. If the product is damaged upon receipt by the customer, an agreement can be reached between Zerro and the customer through customer service. However, Zerro does not commit to reaching an agreement.
Tracking Number
Free delivery is offered for any purchase exceeding the minimum required amount. Zerro will provide you with a tracking number by email as soon as the goods are shipped. By clicking on the tracking number, you will be automatically directed to the Canada Post website, which will then indicate the status of your order. You can also track your delivery by entering the tracking number provided at the following link: www.canadapost.ca. In cases where your purchase does not reach the minimum amount, the delivery cost will be $10.99. Note that when your purchase only includes toothbrushes or when renewing a toothbrush subscription, delivery will be free, and the toothbrushes will be shipped via Canada Post's regular service, which takes about 10 days. In this case, the tracking number will not be functional.
