Canada
Free delivery is offered in Canada for any purchase that exceeds the required minimum amount. Zerro will provide you with a tracking number by email as soon as the goods are shipped. By clicking on the tracking number, you will be automatically directed to the Canada Post website, which will then indicate the status of your order. You can also track your delivery by entering the tracking number provided at the following link: www.canadapost.ca. In cases where your purchase does not reach the minimum amount, the delivery cost will be $10.99. Please note that when your purchase only includes toothbrushes or when renewing a toothbrush subscription, delivery will be free, and the toothbrushes will be shipped via Canada Post's regular service, which takes about 10 days. In this case, the tracking number will not be functional.

International
Free delivery is not available in other countries. Zerro will provide you with a tracking number by email as soon as the goods are shipped. By clicking on the tracking number, you will be automatically directed to the Canada Post website, which will then indicate the status of your order. You can also track your delivery by entering the tracking number provided at the following link: www.canadapost.ca. The delivery cost is $30.00.

Fees and Delivery Times

Canada
The delivery time is approximately 3 to 9 business days. Delivery fees are free throughout Canada when the total of your basket exceeds the required minimum amount, except in so-called remote regions. If the customer is unsure whether their location may be remote, it is their duty to contact the company's customer service via the website zerro.ca. Zerro reserves the right to add additional fees without notice for shipments to remote regions.

International
Delivery times are 10 to 20 business days.

Lost Packages

It may happen that your package is lost during transport. If you encounter this problem, please send us an email. When a package is lost and has a tracking number (excluding shipments containing only toothbrushes or subscription renewals), rest assured that we will follow up with Canada Post. For orders shipped through Canada Post's regular service (sending only toothbrushes and subscription renewals), if there is a loss, an agreement can be reached between Zerro and the dissatisfied customer through customer service. However, Zerro does not commit to reaching an agreement.

Items Damaged During Transport

Any order made through the zerro.ca website is made under a shipping contract. This means that the risks related to loss and breakage during shipping to the customer are the customer's responsibility. An agreement can be reached between Zerro and the dissatisfied customer through customer service. However, Zerro does not commit to reaching an agreement. Zerro is not responsible for costs incurred following the receipt of a damaged or defective item.

Order Error

If you made an error in the order, especially in terms of the address or quantity of products purchased, you have 24 hours to notify us of the error. Otherwise, we cannot issue a refund. However, we can attempt to trace your package so that you can take personal steps.
